Learning English as an adult is most effective when the programme is connected to your real goals, interests and everyday needs. Our course is designed for learners who want to improve their English for work, travel, studies, everyday communication or personal development, from beginners to advanced. Instead of limiting lessons to grammar and vocabulary, the programme combines different types of activities that let you actively use English. Depending on your goals, you can focus more on conversation, professional communication, travel, grammar, pronunciation or other areas that are important to you. The aim is to help you understand English better and, most importantly, become more confident when using it. The programme adapts to your current level and objectives, and you do not have to start from scratch or follow the same programme as everyone else.
Curriculum

The programme combines practical communication, structured learning and regular practice, so that you gradually build confidence and use English more naturally. You will work on speaking and conversation, listening comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and everyday and professional communication. The balance depends on your needs: if you already understand grammar well but find it hard to speak, for example, more time goes to conversation and practical communication. The content can be connected with your profession, interests, studies, travel plans or everyday life. For work, lessons can include meetings, presentations, business correspondence, phone calls, communication with clients and colleagues, job interviews and negotiations. For travel and everyday life, you can practise airports, hotels, restaurants, shopping, asking for directions, meeting new people and making arrangements. At beginner levels you focus on introductions, daily routines, shopping, travel and familiar situations; as your skills improve, lessons include longer conversations, discussions, more complex vocabulary and abstract topics. Each class combines introduction and conversation, new language, guided practice, practical communication, feedback from the teacher and a review of the main points. Around 70% of class time is dedicated to practice and communication in real-life situations. Classes take place on our own platform, with digital and interactive materials adapted to your level: grammar and vocabulary exercises, audio, video, reading texts, conversation exercises and practical situations.

Our goal is for you to use English naturally and confidently in real-life situations. In the course for adults you will work on the skills that matter most to you, practise conversation, vocabulary and grammar and be able to use English at work, while travelling and in everyday life with greater confidence.

Simple learning method

Choosing a teacher
After you register, we’ll help you choose a teacher who has experience working with beginners. This ensures that the language is explained step-by-step and clearly.
First introductory class
In the first class, you’ll meet your teacher and discuss your learning goals. You’ll also receive an overview of how the course is structured and which topics will be covered at the beginning.
Initial level assessment
Even for beginner students, it is important to determine the starting point. The teacher will assess your basic knowledge and recommend the most suitable study program.
Start of regular learning
After the first class, you can choose the most convenient schedule for your lessons. Over time, you will begin to expand your vocabulary and participate in simple conversations in English.

What is the A1 English course like?

Time

Our experience shows that at least 40 classes are needed to move up a level with solid progress. The actual pace depends on your starting level, your goals and the practice you do outside class.
Frequency

The usual routine is 2 to 3 classes per week, depending on your schedule and goals. Consistency is especially important if you want to improve your speaking. Between classes you can review vocabulary, practise grammar and work on areas you still find difficult.
Format

The course is fully online, with interactive materials available on your phone, tablet or computer.
