Our German C1 course is designed for advanced learners who want to communicate fluently, understand complex information and express their thoughts with precision. It is the next step if you have already reached B2, whether you need German for university studies, professional development or a C1 exam. The focus is not only on new vocabulary and grammar, but on using the language precisely, adapting your style to the situation and understanding implied meaning. It also prepares you for C2.

Lessons combine speaking practice with advanced reading, listening and writing. In speaking you organise complex ideas, present arguments, take part in debates and explain complicated concepts on social, cultural, academic and professional topics. Grammar includes complex subordinate clauses, passive constructions, Konjunktiv I and II, reported speech, participial constructions, advanced prepositions and cases, and connectors for contrast, cause, consequence and qualification. Vocabulary covers education, science, technology, culture, society and professional life, with idiomatic expressions, collocations, synonyms and formal vocabulary. You follow presentations, interviews and debates, read articles, essays, reports and specialised texts, and write formal correspondence, reports, essays and argumentative texts. Lessons can focus on meetings, presentations and negotiations, or on lectures, analysing materials and academic writing. If you are preparing for a C1 exam, lessons can follow its format. Classes take place online with a teacher, individually or in mini-groups.
Our goal is for you to use German flexibly and precisely in academic, social and professional environments. In the C1 course you will discuss sophisticated topics, present well-supported arguments and understand implied meaning, refine your grammar and expand your vocabulary and adapt your style to any situation.
What do I do now?
The methodology is simple

We find an instructor for you, make an appointment and accompany you through the registration process on the platform.

The teacher will be waiting for you in the virtual room of our platform at the agreed time, looking forward to meeting you.

The class lasts 30 minutes, during which the teacher will evaluate your level and select the most suitable course for you.
